This article discusses how to use the resgen.exe tool to create additional resources file that you can translate into your desired language. You can also change the native string text values as well.ResGen.exe is the utility that is used to generate the strings in text files into resource files. These resource files are used by .NET in a .NET application for localization. This tool can also be used to convert a resource file to a text file.It is included with Microsoft Visual Studio.
